This website is operated by HuddleWarm ("HuddleWarm," "we," "us" or "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the changes here; continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.

1. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use it. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors, sizes and details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Product descriptions, pricing and availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we will refund you in full. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for rates and timing.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy.

6. Add-ons

Shipping Protection covers loss, theft or damage while your order is in transit. To make a claim, email us with your order number (and a photo for damaged items) and we will send a replacement. 30-Day Extended Warranty covers defects from normal use for 30 days beyond delivery and does not cover misuse, accidents or normal wear. The Game Day Mystery Box contains assorted items chosen by us; contents vary and can't be selected. Add-ons are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

7. Safe use

HuddleWarm is a heated product. Follow the included instructions, don't use it while sleeping, don't leave it running unattended, keep it away from water, and supervise children using it. Stop using it if it is damaged or overheats, and contact us.

8. Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to or use third-party services. We aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

9. Comments and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos or other feedback, you allow us to use, edit and publish them in any medium without compensation. You agree that your submissions won't violate anyone's rights or contain unlawful or misleading content.

11. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, collect other people's data, commit fraud, or interfere with the site's security or operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuddleWarm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

You agree to indemnify and hold HuddleWarm harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement between you and HuddleWarm.
