Refund policy

Every order has a 30-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email huddlewarm@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Return the item with everything it came with, including the power bank. Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

Shipping Protection and the Extended Warranty are non-refundable once your order has shipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
