If you're not happy with your HuddleWarm, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you return it for a refund.
How to start a return
- Email huddlewarm@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the chair back with everything it came with, including the power bank.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or a part stops working, email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Non-refundable items
Shipping Protection and the Extended Warranty are non-refundable once your order has shipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
